Dr. Mirsini Trigoni
Mirsini Trigoni was born in Athens, Greece. Graduated from the Superior Technological Educational Institute (Τ.Ε.Ι.) in Athens with a first class degree in ‘Interior Design’.
After gaining a scholarship from the Greek Institute of Scholarships she continued her studies at the University of East London, in London (UK). In 2003 she gained her Master in Art in Architecture (studying specifically the design and production of window displays) and in 2008 she gained her PhD in Interior Design.
Her expertise is interior design and visual communication, the relationship between commercial spaces and target audiences: how to use interior design so as to effectively target market segments and to enhance a brand and a brand identity.
Since 2009 she works as a freelance display/interior designer, implementing effective design ideas to increase store traffic and sales volume. She also teaches on a Graphic and Spatial Communication course, lecturing on interior design and visual communication, having workshops and tutorials with students and advising them how to create an experience, using both 2D & 3D to communicate to an audience.
Δρ. Μυρσίνη Τριγώνη
Η Μυρσίνη Τριγώνη γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα. Aποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Εσωτερικής Αρχιτεκτονικής, της Σχολής Γραφικών Τεχνών και Καλλιτεχνικών Σπουδών του Τ.Ε.Ι. Αθήνας με άριστα.
Με υποτροφία από το Ίδρυμα Κρατικών Υποτροφιών (ΙΚΥ) συνέχισε τις σπουδές στο University of East London, στο Λονδίνο. Το 2003 πραγματοποίησε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές (MΑ Art in Architecture) όπου μελέτησε τον σχεδιασμό κ τη δημιουργία βιτρινών. Το 2008 ολοκλήρωσε τη διδακτορική της διατριβή στο Interior Design.
Ειδικεύεται στον σχεδιασμό εσωτερικών χώρων και την οπτική επικοινωνία, στη σχέση εμπορικός χώρος- καταναλωτικό κοινό και στους τρόπους με τους οποίους οι εσωτερικοί χώροι μπορούν να προωθήσουν και να ενισχύσουν μια brand και την ταυτότητα του εκάστοτε εμπορικού χώρου.
Από το 2009 δουλεύει ως display/interior designer και διδάσκει σχεδιασμό εσωτερικών χώρων και οπτική επικοινωνία στο τμήμα Graphic and Spatial Communication.
